1. Shipping & Delivery
Where We Ship
Nimbin Herbs ships Australia-wide. At this time, we do not offer international shipping through our online store — but if you have a special request, please reach out and we’ll do our best to assist.
Order Processing Days
We lovingly pack and dispatch orders on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on our next designated shipping day.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are guided by Australia Post’s standard delivery estimates:
- Standard Shipping: approximately 3–7 business days within Australia.
- Express Shipping: approximately 1–3 business days within Australia.
Please note: Our home is in the rural town of Nimbin, NSW — so both Standard and Express shipping may require an extra day for transit beyond standard Australia Post estimates.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions — sign up to our newsletter to stay in the loop.
Delivery Partner
We use Australia Post for all deliveries to ensure your herbs arrive safely and reliably.
Order Tracking
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey to your door.
2. Click & Collect
Click & Collect is available from our store:

Orders for collection are carefully prepared on our handling days: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Please wait for your Ready for Pickup notification before coming in — we’ll let you know as soon as your order is ready for collection.
3. Delivery Issues
If your parcel is delayed, missing, or if you have any questions about your delivery, please email us at shop@nimbinherbs.com.au with your order number — we’re always happy to help resolve any issues swiftly and kindly.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our herbal products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully and reach out if you have any questions before placing your order — we’re here to help you find what’s right for you.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing shop@nimbinherbs.com.au with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund, as appropriate.
5. Refunds
Refunds are only offered for items that are damaged, faulty, or sent incorrectly. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days of approval. Please note: any bank processing times or delays with your own payment provider are outside of our control and may affect when funds appear in your account.
6. Your Rights
Our returns and refunds policy operates in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
